About Danielle S. Py-Salas, Esq.

Professional Expertise: Prior to joining Long & Foster, Danielle was a Managing Director at Studley, Inc., a commercial real estate firm representing tenants, where she focused on business development, transaction management and financial analysis. Prior to her position at Studley, Danielle worked as an attorney in the real estate practice groups of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, Ledgewood, P.C., and Reed Smith LLP. As an attorney, Danielle's practice focused on commercial real estate transactions, lease transactions, corporate restructuring and simplification projects, joint ventures and acquisitions.
 

Activities & Achievements: Danielle is a native Philadelphian. She personally owns and manages residential properties in the city and she is actively involved in her community. Among her philanthropic activities, she has participated in charity events for the American Cancer Society, BreastCancer.org and Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. She also received the MS Leadership Award in 2006 from the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Education: Danielle earned her Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Psychology and Spanish from Saint Joseph's University, graduating with honors; and her Juris Doctorate from Villanova University School of Law, where she served as a Member of the Villanova Law Review and Managing Editor of the Lat/Crit Symposium.
